The glorious armed forces of the Empire in the War against Terror, Evil and those who hate us for our freedoms and piglet are planning a new offensive. This time our Christian soldiers will capture, liberate and bring utilities such as water, electricity, sewage control to the oppressed city of Baghdad:

The American military is planning a “second liberation of Baghdad” to be carried out with the Iraqi army when a new government is installed. Pacifying the
lawless capital is regarded as essential to establishing the authority of the
incoming government and preparing for a significant withdrawal of American troops.

Oh wait I thought Baghdad was already liberated. Shows how great the war is going if you have recapture the capital city which accounts for a fifth of Iraq's population. At least we found all the WMDs that Saddam was going to give to all the Al-Qaeda in his country. Well maybe not but at least the Iraqis have their freedom.
